I am currently reading Purple Cow by Seth Godin. Several months ago while attending the National Black MBA Conference, I had the pleasure of listening to a man speak by the name of Kevin Carroll. I was blown away. Kevin has written a book entitled Rules of the Red Rubber Ball which is a small inspirational book whose goal is to support people to find their red rubber ball (their passion) and then gives tips (rules) to support the reader to stay on course.
